Marcos Baião

Marcos Baião is currently the CTO of Maitha Tech and a Mentor at IFTL. With a background in various technology companies such as Deal and Otacom Technologies, Marcos has experience in operationalizing company portfolios, strategizing product launches, and building high-performance teams. With a strong foundation in technology, Marcos has also worked as an Analyst and Programmer in their earlier roles. Marcos holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV and a Bachelor of Technology from Centro Universitário Presidente Antônio Carlos.
