Thom Burke

As a Managing Director – Candidate Development, Thom Burke identifies and places highly qualified consulting attorneys in short-term, project-based legal opportunities for a wide variety of clients.

Thom is an experienced HR and talent acquisition leader who has spent more than two decades driving change and supporting growth for professional services, consulting and high-tech manufacturing companies. Most recently, he served as Director of HR Consulting & Talent Search for BurkeHR Partners, LLC. In this role, Thom staffed and managed professional talent for high-growth corporate clients, including in-house counsel, HR and compliance roles.

Before that, Thom was SVP of HR for the Adecco Group’s specialty staffing and consulting services division, where he led both HR and talent acquisition for North America. He also worked for Deloitte Consulting, LP as their Director of HR and Talent Acquisition, supporting Deloitte’s global technology services practice of more than 2,500 technology consulting practitioners within 10 global delivery centers.

Thom holds his Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification and has published research on “Improving New Hire Turnover through the use of Assessment Tools.”
