Mohannad Aladwan

Mohannad Aladwan has extensive work experience in the field of IT applications and business enablement. Mohannad is currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Applications and Business Enablement at Make-A-Wish America since August 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Seattle Housing Authority from December 2018 to August 2022. During their tenure, they held the positions of IT Applications Manager and Lead Systems Architect. As the IT Applications Manager, they managed a team of ten and successfully implemented and supported SHA technologies. Mohannad played a key role in building the SHA IT applications portfolio and roadmap, resulting in significant cost savings and modernization initiatives. As the Lead Systems Architect, they led the agency-wide BI initiative, managed enterprise data warehouse development, and successfully implemented the BI program across various departments.

Before joining Seattle Housing Authority, Mohannad worked at T-Mobile from 2010 to 2018. Mohannad held the positions of Team Lead in Engineering Intelligence & Analytics and Sr. Systems Design & Strategy Engineer. As the Team Lead, they managed a team of data analysts and delivered data analytics and reports through the Liberty tool. Mohannad also worked on implementing JIRA for ticket and business request management. As the Sr. Systems Design & Strategy Engineer, they designed and built internal data analytics and reporting tools, developed capacity planning tools, and analyzed network performance KPIs.

In addition to these roles, Mohannad has also gained experience as an IT Consultant at A to Z Technology, Application Support Engineer at Nexius Wireless, BI Developer at MobileCom Solutions, and BI Developer at Sublime Wireless. Mohannad started their career as a Network Engineer at Matrix Business Technology.
