Vladimíra Carroll

Vladimíra Carroll is the Chief People Officer at MallGroup, a leading media and entertainment company in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to their current role, Vladimíra served as the Head of HR at Central European Media Enterprises, where they led the people agenda for CME Corporate in Prague and all of their markets covering 30 television channels and numerous streaming content platforms. Before their time at CME, Vladimíra was the HR Director of Hame s.r.o., leading the people agenda for about 2,400 employees across 5 countries.

Vladimíra Carroll has a MA in International politics and trade from Prague University of Economics and Business as well as a CEMS in Central European Management Studies from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Vladimíra also attended Gymnasium.

Vladimíra Carroll reports to Jan Hanuš, CEO. They are on a team with Jakub Střeštík - Chief Commercial Officer, Radko Sekerka - Chief R&D Officer, and Petr Tomášek - Chief Financial Officer.
