Zorica Saplamaeva

Zorica Saplamaeva has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Zorica has held positions in companies such as MAN Energy Solutions, GN Hearing A/S, EKA-KNORR-BREMSE, Portel KOM, Skopski Pazar A.D. Skopje, and Telesmart Telekom.

At MAN Energy Solutions, Zorica currently serves as the Head of Product Execution, Retrofit & Upgrade, overseeing the planning and execution of product projects. Previously, they worked as a Senior Project Manager in the Strategy, PMO, and Processes department.

During their time at GN Hearing A/S, Zorica held the role of Global Supply Chain Project Manager. Their responsibilities included leading cross-functional projects and implementing project management practices and methodologies across the organization.

Zorica then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje, Macedonia, from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they attended President Ivanov's School for Young Leaders in Macedonia in 2012 to gain advanced leadership skills. In terms of certifications, Zorica holds various qualifications such as the Half Double Foundation, MSP Foundation Certificate in Programme Management, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management, Cisco Certified Network Associate for Routing and Switching - CCNA [200-120], and ECDL Advance Certificate [ECDL Expert Tester].
