Blaire Krochak

Blaire Krochak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Director of Contracts at Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, since February 2015. Prior to this role, Blaire held positions at Oracle as Senior Contracts Manager and at Hire Counsel as a Litigation Contract Attorney. Earlier in the career, Blaire worked as a Litigation Associate at Littler Mendelson, focusing on labor and employment law. Additional experience includes serving as a Legal Extern at the Seattle City Attorney's Office and as a Legal Intern at Siebel Systems, Inc. Blaire obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Mary's College of California.
