Dorota Blumczyńska

Dorota Blumczynska currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Manitoba Museum, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Dorota held various positions including Executive Director at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba Inc. from January 2008 to March 2021, as well as working as an English as a Second Language Instructor and Money Management Training Facilitator. Dorota’s earlier experience includes a role as a Personal Financial Services Representative at RBC from October 2000 to May 2005. Educationally, Dorota is currently pursuing multiple degrees including Leading Through Influence and Inspiration at the Asper School of Business, and has completed programs at prestigious institutions such as the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, St. Francis Xavier University, The Banff Centre, and The University of Winnipeg, encompassing leadership, business administration, and French studies.
