Alexis Miller has over 16 years of work experience in the tech industry. alexis began their career in 2005 as an ITOps Intern for Sun Microsystems, where they learned to build and maintain thin client servers and clusters, fixed e-mail and network issues, and supported local and remote desktop problems. In 2007, Miller joined Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC as a Senior Quality Assurance Software Analyst. Within 6 months, they were promoted to a Senior Software Analyst and administered software and hardware checks to test the quality of entertainment software for the Sony PlayStation family of products. alexis also lead teams consisting of 5-10 members within a network environment. Miller then moved to Zynga in 2009, where they were initially a Partnership Operations Manager and was responsible for compliance, suggesting viral features, competitive analysis reporting, and internal/external bug triage and submission. alexis was then promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Software Analyst, where they managed test teams of 4-8 testers, wrote reports detailing test cycle cost, progress, and post-mortems, and created and maintained test plans for multiple game teams. Miller also worked for Underground Development in 2009 as a Quality Assurance Software Analyst, where they tested entertainment software on the PlayStation 2/3, Xbox 360, and Wii. In 2014, Miller joined Sony Interactive Entertainment America as a Program Manager and Account Relations Coordinator. As Program Manager, their primary focus was on developer feedback and outreach initiatives. As Account Relations Coordinator, Miller managed developer outreach initiatives, remote collaboration support, and event support. In 2021, Miller joined Manticore Games Inc. as a Principal QA Analyst.

Alexis Miller began their education in 1999 when they attended the University of Pittsburgh. alexis then went on to study Software Engineering at the University of Brighton, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 2007. In 2016, they obtained the Qualtrics Research Core Certification from Qualtrics. Additionally, they have earned the Reports & Dashboards Badge from Salesforce Trailhead.
