Bayli Hawkins

Bayli Hawkins has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. After working as a Retail Associate at Cardinals Sport Center Inc in 2016, Bayli gained experience as a Lifeguard at Ransom Canyon Pool from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, Bayli transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at PlainsCapital Bank, where they analyzed financial data, processed new accounts, and improved branch productivity until 2020. While at PlainsCapital Bank, Bayli also worked as a Leasing Agent at jti, inc. (JTI Properties) from 2020 to 2021. Bayli then joined Concho as a Land Intern, acquiring leases and agreements and analyzing monthly contract and lease obligations. Bayli's next role was as a Recruitment Coordinator at Lubbock County from July 2021 to February 2022. Following this, Bayli worked as a Right of Way Agent for the City of Lubbock, participating in negotiations and appraising city-owned properties. Currently, Bayli is a Pricing Analyst - Energy Solutions at Mantis Innovation.

Bayli Hawkins attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Energy Commerce & Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Sul Ross State University in 2016 and Midland College in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Bayli obtained a Notary Public Commission from The Office of the Texas Secretary of State in June 2017.
