Mike Potts

Mike Potts is a seasoned software process engineer currently at QinetiQ US and Manufacturing Techniques, Inc. (MTEQ), while also having extensive experience in process improvement and engineering management. Previously, Mike served as a process improvement specialist at Telophase Corporation and managed engineering processes at General Dynamics, where responsibilities included leading CMMI appraisals. Mike’s background also features managing the Distributed Systems group at General Dynamics Land Systems and leading the Integrated Product Team for Hydraulics on the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle project for the Marine Corps. Mike Potts holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
