Andy Grafton

Andy Grafton is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Currently serving as a Sr. GIS Specialist at Mark A. O'Neal & Associates, Inc. since October 2019, Andy previously held the position of GIS Manager at Jim Bourbeau Land Service from December 2007 to October 2019. Early in the career, Andy worked as a GPS Data Collector at Southeastern Reprographics for a brief period in 2007. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from PennWest Clarion, completed in 2006.
