Currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, Darmo has held similar roles at Crimson Resort Hotel and Intercontinental Hotel Manila. With a strong background in pastry, Darmo has also worked at Edsa Shangri-La Hotel Manila in various culinary positions.
