Ashley Kivlin Baker

Ashley Kivlin Baker has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Ashley began their career at Recreational Equipment Incorporated (REI) in 1995, where they worked as a Human Resources Development Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing performance gaps and designing and implementing training solutions. Ashley also managed a team and resources to achieve project and program goals.
