Michael Peterman

Michael Peterman has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Michael began their career at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 1997, where they held various roles including Director of Human Resources and Director of HR Administration. Michael was later promoted to the position of VP of HR, Employer Insights, where they were responsible for workforce technology, analytics, and people operations globally. During their time at Four Seasons, they played a key role in implementing Workday on a global scale and sat on product development advisory boards for the platform. In 2017, they joined Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos as the Regional VP of HR. Most recently, they joined Virgin Voyages in 2022 as the Head of People.

Michael Peterman attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications such as a CX Program Advisory Board certification from Missouri State University in July 2020, and a Hogan Certified Coach certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in October 2019.
