Kevin Oliver

Kevin Oliver is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, emergency services, and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Office Manager for Marine Corps Community Services since March 2023 and holding the position of North Central Region Development Officer with the Civil Air Patrol since November 2020, Kevin is a Lieutenant Colonel actively involved in various CAP activities at squadron, group, wing, and regional levels. Previous roles include Administrative Specialist and Operations Analyst at United States Marine Corps Community Services, Finance Branch Director for Missouri Disaster Response System, and Firefighter/EMT with Central Jackson Fire Protection. Kevin also contributed as Deputy Commander and Squadron Commander within Civil Air Patrol, and served as Assistant Director of Security for DoubleTree by Hilton, overseeing security operations for a large hotel. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Missouri State University.
