Tara Moynihan

Tara Moynihan, CMP, CIS, is an experienced Sourcing Manager at Maritz Global Events since April 2014, overseeing 100 to 200 programs annually and managing RFP processes for clients worldwide. Previously, Tara held the position of Convention Services Manager at the City of Tampa, coordinating events at the Tampa Convention Center. With a strong background in event management, Tara was initially hired as a Meeting Coordinator at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, quickly advancing to Meeting Planner due to exceptional performance and innovation in the planning process. Earlier in the career, Tara served as an Event Planner for the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, orchestrating a range of events including award shows and tradeshows. Tara holds a degree from Wheelock College and is a graduate of Manchester High School.
