Marcin Lament

Marcin Lament is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in mobile technology. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at ClearScore since March 2017, Marcin oversees the mobile technology strategy and leads a team of over 50 engineers across five markets. Previous roles at ClearScore include Developer Lead and Senior Android Developer, where Marcin was pivotal in developing high-performing Android applications and mentoring team members. Prior to ClearScore, Marcin worked as a Senior Android Developer at Intelligent Environments, enhancing financial mobile applications, and at Dennis Publishing, where Marcin helped establish the mobile software division. Marcin began a professional journey in software development at Metia, preceded by earning a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with a focus on Network Communication from Kingston University.
