Ben Rodgers

Ben is a Consultant based in our New York office. Ben works across our Financial Services, FinTech and Technology practice across the North America region. He is responsible for leading client and candidate engagement and full end-to-end Executive Search and Advisory services with a specialty across Technology, GTM and Operational leadership hires. Prior to joining Marlin Hawk, Ben led the Technology Executive Search practice at two large Global Executive Search and Recruitment firms in NYC. Outside of the office, Ben is an avid cook who is always looking for the next best recipe or trying out new restaurants in NYC. He is also a huge sport fan and spends Saturday mornings watching the Premier League.
