Jacob Greenberg

Jacob Greenberg is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Marmon Foodservice Technologies since September 2019, Jacob has previously held leadership roles such as Engineering Manager for Frozen Products at Cornelius and Director of Hardware Development at Scientific Games. With a career spanning over two decades, Jacob has successfully led teams, managed development processes, and implemented innovative strategies to enhance project planning and execution. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Product Design and Development Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Northwestern University.
