Kathy Grumka is a seasoned HR professional with experience in various industries. As a Sr. HR Business Partner at Marotta Controls, Inc., Kathy is responsible for driving business results through successful implementation of human capital plans. Prior to this, Kathy held positions at G&K Services, Atlantic Imaging Group, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Honeywell, where Kathy played key roles in HR management, training, talent development, and corporate learning. Kathy holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University.
