Ben Sperling

Ben Sperling is a seasoned marketing professional with experience as a Senior Associate Brand Manager for M&M'S at Mars, where Ben has worked since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Mars, including Associate Brand Manager for Local Brands and MBA Marketing Intern. Ben co-founded Next Generation Men & Women, a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing college and career readiness for underserved students in Atlanta, achieving significant growth and a 100% high school graduation rate among participants. Additional experience includes teaching mathematics at Carver School of the Arts, serving as a 2012 Teach For America Corps Member, and participating in the TALMA: Excellence in English pilot program in Israel. Ben holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University.
