Fache Benjamin Whitworth

Benjamin Whitworth, FACHE has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Most recently, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital and Health Network starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of VP, Hospital Operations at Children's Hospital New Orleans from November 2019 to January 2022, and AVP, Hospital Operations from August 2015 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, Benjamin worked at UF Health Jacksonville, where they held various positions in Perioperative Services, including Director, Business Operations Manager, and Business Manager. Benjamin also started their career as an Administrative Resident at UF Health Jacksonville.

Benjamin Whitworth, FACHE, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology from The University of Alabama in 2005. Benjamin then pursued further education, earning two Master of Science (MS) degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2005 and 2008. Benjamin'sfirst MS degree was in Health Administration, while the second was in Health Informatics. In 2013, Benjamin obtained a certification in Epic OpTime from Epic Systems.
