Matt Ailstock

Matt Ailstock is an experienced IT Systems Manager at the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund since July 2002, overseeing four departments including Network Systems, Telecom, Operations, and Help Desk while managing the organization's internal and external network infrastructure. Previously, Matt served as a Network Support Engineer at Thomson Financial Media from 2001 to 2002, where responsibilities included managing Help Desk support for users, maintaining information technology systems, and consulting on technology advancements. Prior experience also includes the role of Technology Services Manager at Carriglearning from 2000 to 2001, managing technical support and online training. Matt holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Towson University, along with an Associate of Arts in Information Technology from Anne Arundel Community College.
