Chanel Kinard

Chanel Kinard serves as Facility Director at M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation in Prince George's County since November 2022, overseeing community center management and operating procedures. Previously, Chanel worked as Recreation Program Manager for Charles County Government from October 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included planning and evaluating recreational activities. Prior experience includes roles as Intensive In-Home Counselor at Family Priority, LLC, Mental Health Technician at Newport News Behavioral Health Center, and Fleet Administrator at Groome Transportation, among others. Chanel holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Virginia State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Saint Augustine’s University.
