Camila Perez

Camila Perez has extensive experience in health education and program coordination, particularly within family support and early intervention settings. Holding a position as a Family Support Worker II at Mary's Center from July 2022 to September 2024, Camila utilized evidence-based curricula to educate approximately 30 participants annually on healthy behaviors during the perinatal period. Significant Spanish language proficiency allowed support for 77% of the caseload, enhancing understanding of educational content and infant safety practices. Prior roles include serving as a Site Coordinator at Capitol Language Services and an Early Interventionist at Hands On Developmental Services, LLC. Camila has also contributed to various student organizations, including Kappa Delta Chi Sorority and the Latin American Student Organization at the University of South Carolina, where skills in public relations and social media were developed.
