Keabetswe Shambi

Keabetswe Shambi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure analysis and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst at Mascom Wireless since July 2019, Keabetswe specializes in managing VMware ESXi server farms, developing operational procedures, and providing technical support for hardware and software systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer and IT Technician at Rosedale Technologies, providing support for various government ministries, and an internship as an IT Consultant at Kolari (Pty) Ltd. Keabetswe holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems degree from the University of Botswana and a BGCSE from Ghanzi Senior Secondary School.
