Irene Morton Banks

Irene Morton Banks has extensive experience in technology project management and leadership, currently serving as Head of ETX Portfolio Management & Analytics at MassMutual since December 2018, overseeing a $180 million portfolio for the MassMutual US business. Irene previously held various leadership roles at MassMutual, including Senior Director of Workplace Solutions Development, where innovative solutions were delivered for workplace collaboration. Additional experience includes positions at Design Logica, LLC, and Ethan Allen Global, Inc., as well as accounting management roles at Gerber Scientific Products and Gerber Technology. Irene holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Interior Architecture from Suffolk University and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
