Parus Sheopuri

Parus Sheopuri has been working in the field of user experience for over 20 years. Parus started their career in 2001 at ANZ as an Engagement Manager for Online Customer Experience. Parus then held various roles at ANZ, such as Manager of the Usability & Design Team, Program Manager, Release/Support Manager, and Senior Business Systems Analyst. In 2011, they joined Symplicit Pty Ltd as a Senior Experience Designer. Parus then moved to Trapeze Media in 2012 as a Senior User Experience Designer, and to Evolio as a User Experience Specialist. In 2014, Parus joined Critical Mass as an Associate Director of User Experience and Senior User Experience Architect. Parus then moved to RBC in 2016 as a Lead Product Design, and to CIBC in 2019 as a Senior User Experience Designer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Master of Code Global as a Conversation Designer.

Parus Sheopuri has a diverse educational background. Parus attended Army School, Secunderabad from 1991 to 1995. Parus then attended Amravati University and Shree Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, both from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering. Parus then attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a PGDM in Systems and Marketing. In 2009, they obtained a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International. In 2020, they obtained an Advanced Conversational Experience Design Certificate from Voice Tech Global, and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Conversational Experience Design program at Voice Tech Global.
