Nathan Smith

Nathan Smith serves as the Compliance & Systems Manager at Mastermyne Group since September 2011, focusing on safety leadership coaching and participation in multiple certification efforts including AS4801 and ISO standards. Prior experience includes serving as the QLD Corporate HSEQ Manager and H&S Superintendent at Thiess Australian Mining, where Nathan contributed to the development of corporate safety management systems and facilitated incident investigations. Previously held positions include Health, Safety and Environment Manager at Transfield Services Limited, managing various contracts and leading initiatives for continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
