Faith Bayingana

Faith Bayingana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, quality management, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Compliance and Quality Management Specialist at MasterWord since October 2022, Faith previously held roles at Stitch Fix as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Community Lead and Senior Fashion Stylist. Prior freelance work as a photographer complemented time spent at Shop Good as a Product Expert. Faith's background includes significant contributions as an Education Specialist focused on Indigenous Cultures and Decolonization at the Museum of Us, and leadership roles within the Girl Scouts San Diego, including Day Camp Director and Residential Camp Unit Leader. Early career experiences include positions at the YMCA of San Diego County and the City of Chula Vista, along with leadership of the Teen Advisory Group at the San Diego County Library. Faith holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities with a focus on Anthropology from San Diego State University.
