Alyson Fadil MA FCIPD is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people strategy across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Matalan since February 2024, and as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Marks Electrical Group Plc since September 2021, Alyson has a proven track record in transformational leadership roles. Previously, Alyson held executive positions including Group Chief People Officer at N Brown Group Plc and Group People Director at Missguided, demonstrating a strong focus on cultural transformation, employee engagement, and business rebranding initiatives.
