Sr. Scientist, Proteomics at Matchpoint Therapeutics

Rachel Rodrigues has a diverse work experience in the field of proteomics. Rachel is currently working as a Senior Scientist in Proteomics at Matchpoint Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Research Associate at the Thermo Fisher Center for Multiplexed Proteomics at Harvard Medical School from 2015 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Cell Biology at Harvard Medical School from December 2013 to May 2022. Rachel's career started at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they completed their Ph.D. in Biochemistry from 2006 to August 2013, under the guidance of Dr. Michael R. Sussman.

Rachel Rodrigues has a strong educational background in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Rachel pursued their studies at Wellesley College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Biochemistry and a minor in German. Building upon their undergraduate education, Rachel then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2006 to 2013. During their doctoral studies, they focused on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, further developing their expertise in this field.
