Annie Demane

Annie DeMane, MSW, LCSW is an experienced psychotherapist currently providing services in private practice at Matone Counseling And Testing, where responsibilities include conducting psychological intakes, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy for approximately 25 clients weekly using various modalities such as ACT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and DBT. Prior to this, Annie DeMane worked as a clinical assessor and outpatient therapist at Family Preservation Services of North Carolina, served as Intensive In-Home Team Lead at Appalachian Community Services, and held roles as an outpatient therapist at Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital. Earlier experience includes serving as a school social worker at STRIVE Preparatory Schools and positions in sales and customer success at Newsela and Blackbaud, respectively. Annie DeMane earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Bucknell University.
