Thor Treadwell

Thor is a logistics and supply chain expert with a thoughtful, proven approach to re-engineering businesses for success. As Matrix’s COO, he is responsible for overseeing and implementing the company’s business plan and strategic operations.

Prior to joining Matrix, Thor was Chief Operating Officer of Sodexo Healthcare North America, the largest business unit for Sodexo worldwide. He also served in operations management roles at Southeastern Grocers, Starbucks, and Target.

Thor received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from California State University, Bakersfield, where he also taught ‘Business Ethics in a Global Environment’ as an adjunct professor.
