Ellie Levens

Ellie Levens is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in developing and enhancing organizational culture, performance, and HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Matrix iQ, Ellie plays a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team to refine company values and behaviors based on employee feedback. Previous roles include People & Culture Manager at BAKERFISH, HR Manager at Victrex, and Managing Director at Exponential HR, among others, where Ellie has successfully led teams and implemented strategic HR initiatives, including start-ups of manufacturing plants and comprehensive policy overhauls. Ellie holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moores University and a BSc in European Studies & Public Policy from Aston University.
