Mike Maloney

Mike Maloney has over 20 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHEQ) management. Currently serving as SHEQ Manager at Mauser since July 2014, responsibilities include overseeing safety, health, environmental programs, and quality processes, with a focus on compliance and injury reduction. Previous roles include Safety Manager at Leprino Foods, where new training modules were developed, and EHS Manager at Cargill Meat Solutions, managing safety policies and a diverse staff. Mike also has extensive experience from General Motors as a Safety Supervisor, supervising Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, and participated in the Northern Star Council’s safety and risk assessment team for the Boy Scouts' centennial celebration. Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Flint.
