Peter Ruppert has been in the business and technology industry since 2003. Peter began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Kirowski Isobar, where they were responsible for online/digital marketing strategy planning and implementation for major clients. In 2009, they co-founded Maven7 and served as CEO, where they integrated the latest results of network research into organizational, business, and media analysis and solutions. In 2014, they co-founded Scipher Medicine (previously DZZom) and in 2017 they became an EIR at Northeastern University / Center for Complex Network Research (CCNR). At CCNR, they help to transform technologies from the lab to the market, from raw technology to product. Peter is currently working on the One Brave Idea Project and various other spin-out ideas from applying AI in publishing to biological chip development.
Peter Ruppert has a diverse educational background. Peter obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Kodolányi János University of Applied Sciences in 1996-1999, specializing in Communication and Media Studies. Peter then went on to earn a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Eötvös Loránd University in 1999-2004. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University in 2018-2020, focusing on Innovation Management.
