Amber Keen Ellis has worked in various roles in the field of student conduct and development since 2007. Amber began their career as a Resident Director at Radford University in 2007, followed by a similar role at Western Carolina University in 2009. In 2012, Amber began working at Mary Baldwin College as the Director of Student Conduct and Development, where they served as the Chief Conduct Officer and Deputy Title IX Coordinator. In 2017, Amber moved to Shenandoah University, where they worked as the Associate Director of Student Conduct & Title IX Coordinator. Most recently, in 2018, Amber began working at Maxient LLC as a Client Support Specialist.
Amber Keen Ellis attended Radford University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Amber then returned to Radford University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Psychology.
