Ron Branom Jr

Ron Branom Jr has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ron started their career at Winter Park Construction in 1998 as a Project Manager and worked there for almost eight years. Following that, they founded their own company, JB8Development, where they operated as the Owner and undertook projects ranging from remodels to custom homes and apartment complexes. In 2009, they became the President of Generation IV Construction and held the position until 2015. At Generation IV Construction, they managed various construction projects. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at CBRE as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing construction projects for both Asset Services and Corporate clients. Currently, they serve as the Director of Construction and Project Management at The Mayflower at Winter Park, a role they have held since April 2017. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong communication and project management skills, effectively completing construction projects on time and within budget.

Ron Branom Jr attended Rollins College from 1989 to 1991, where they studied communications. Prior to that, they attended Bowling Green State University from 1986 to 1989.
