Catherine Chapman

Catherine Chapman has extensive experience in data strategy and consulting roles. Catherine is currently the Head of Data Strategy at MBAstack. Prior to this, they worked at Wunderman Thompson as a Senior Data Strategy Director and Data Strategy Director. Catherine also worked as a CRM and Insight Consultant at Webalytix and as a Senior Data Strategist (Freelance) at Wunderman. Catherine served as the Client Engagement Lead at Comet Global Consulting, where they led the development and implementation of a data-driven CRM strategy for Virgin Trains East Coast. Catherine also held roles at O2, Sky, Capital One, and Barclaycard, where they focused on customer experience insight, data strategy, product management, and database marketing consulting.

Catherine Chapman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at De Montfort University from 1990 to 1994. Catherine then pursued a Master of Science degree in Operational Research at the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 1995.
