Guilherme Aquino

Guilherme Aquino is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at MBition since May 2022, leading a team of over 35 professionals focused on audio experiences for MBUX. Prior roles include System Product Owner at Luxoft, where Guilherme shaped feature rollout plans and supported agile transformations, and Direct Manager at Base Tracers, emphasizing team development and collaboration.
