Sebastian Little

Sebastian Little is the Executive & Performance Coach at the McChrystal Group. Sebastian is also the Founder of Athlete Roadmap, which is designed to support high-performing student-athletes navigate their way through transitions on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

Prior to their current positions, Sebastian was an Operations & Recruiting Intern at the McChrystal Group, a Guest Reporter at ESPN, and an Assistant Business Manager at Yale University Business Operations. Sebastian also interned at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence.

Sebastian is passionate about helping others reach their potential and is committed to helping athletes thrive both on and off the field.
