J.d. Hurley

J.D. Hurley, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2018 to the present, J.D. has served as the Chief Operating Officer at McClintock & Associates, where they work across various departments to improve processes and implement solutions. J.D. is also responsible for personnel initiatives and plays a key role in growing the firm. Prior to this, J.D. worked as the Firm Administrator at McClintock & Associates, managing operations, human resources, and administration. From 2012 to 2018, J.D. worked as a Practice Coordinator at SDLC Partners, L.P., and from 2010 to 2012, they were a Permissions Manager at the American Institutes for Research, where they assisted in the creation and development of standardized test questions.

J.D. Hurley, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing and Communications, which was earned from the University of Pittsburgh between the years 2005 and 2008. In addition, J.D. Hurley obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2021.
