Harm-Jan Bech

Harm-Jan Bech is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in business process management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Business Unit Lead for Transformation Services at McCoy & Partners, Harm-Jan oversees the design and enhancement of business and IT capabilities. Previously, Harm-Jan held various roles at Vopak, including Global IT Business Process Consultant and Manager Procurement Support, where a focus was placed on process analysis and procurement management. Additionally, managerial experience was gained at Enexis B.V. and Cycleon, both emphasizing procurement optimization and solution design. Harm-Jan holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Fontys University, complemented by further education at Eindhoven University of Technology and The Wharton School.
