Scott Bell

Scott Bell is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as VP of Business Development at Cellbie Inc. since June 2016, Scott has facilitated the marketplace for used mobile devices, leveraging in-store software and a network of buyers. Scott has also held a channel partner role at MCE Systems since July 2010, enhancing mobile customer experiences through device content management solutions. Prior to these roles, Scott contributed as a business development consultant at Concurrent Comp Corp, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Arthur's Fresh, leading a market-leading company in Canada. Scott's career commenced at Nortel Networks, where various roles encompassed operations, business development, technical sales, and product management. Scott holds an MBA in International Business and a degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from McMaster University.
