Krischanna Roberson, M.Ed has a diverse range of work experience. Krischanna also served as a Systemic Coach at Pacific Educational Group, where they assisted large organizations in implementing equity protocols and processes through coaching and curriculum development. Krischanna held the role of Supervisor - Equity and Student Success at Bellevue School District, where they oversaw the development of the district's Equity Plan and provided guidance to schools in reducing achievement gaps.

In addition, Krischanna served as a School Board Director in the Bellevue School District, playing a crucial role in setting priorities and achieving the district's academic goals. Krischanna also worked at Bellevue College as the Director of Operations and later as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor, where they contributed to the development of an Intercultural Communications course.

Earlier in their career, Krischanna served as the Executive Director of SUSTANE, a college preparatory program targeting Black/African American students. Krischanna also worked as a Counselor at the University of Washington and as a Business Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.
