Amber Davidson

Amber Davidson serves as the Regional Attorney Recruiting Manager at McGuireWoods LLP since May 2022. Previously, Amber led operations and strategic direction as the President of the Legal Talent Solutions division at Trustpoint.One from December 2018 to May 2022. Amber also held the position of Senior Director of Legal Recruitment, managing a remote team and providing recruitment consultation for attorney and legal professional positions. Prior experience includes National Legal Recruitment Leader at Kelly Services, where Amber directed national searches and improved recruitment processes. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at GE Healthcare, Staffing Executive at Robert Half International, Business Development Director and Managing Director at Kelly, and Branch Manager at The Legal Registry. Amber graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Political Science, Pre-Law Studies.
