Aaron R. has over ten years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Aaron began their career at Penn Traffic in 2000 as a Co-Manager. In 2010, they joined Tops Markets as an Operations Manager/Assistant Store Manager and implemented a supply cost savings program with an initial $4000 cost savings return in the first period. In 2011, they joined Kellogg Company as a Territory Manager and managed twelve accounts that generated several Million Dollars in sales per year. In 2014, they joined Elmira Business Institute as a Coordinator Student Services and Records, where they helped develop programs for incoming students to help best obtain career goals and increase graduation and retention rates/goals. In 2016, they joined SaveAround as a Human Resources Specialist and managed internal job bidding system for full time associates. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President/Senior Director, Human Resources at SaveAround, where they were a key Leadership team member responsible for all HR functions and Life Cycle for all business units and corporate parent company. In 2022, they joined McIntosh Laboratory, Inc. as a Senior Director Human Resources - North America and then joined McIntosh Group inc. as an Assistant Vice President Human Resources -North America.

Aaron R. obtained an Associate of Science - AS from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, an Associate of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration and Management, General between 2000 and 2002. Aaron then went on to Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and Marketing between 2002 and 2005.
