Kimberly Wakefield M.a., Sphr

Kimberly Wakefield has extensive experience in human resources and development. Kimberly currently holds the position of Senior Director of People and Development at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at WellSpan Health for 11 years, where they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources from October 2020 to August 2023 and as the Regional Director of Human Resources from November 2012 to September 2020. In these roles, they oversaw the HR functions for over 9000 employees, including a large medical facility and various service lines. Before joining WellSpan Health, they were the Corporate Human Resource Manager at Holy Spirit Health System from April 2008 to November 2012.

Kimberly Wakefield, M.A., SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at PennWest Clarion. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at Saint Francis University, which they obtained in the years 2002 to 2005.
