Carl Whitworth

Carl Whitworth has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carl started their career as an apprentice at Ilmor Engineering Ltd in 1985 before becoming a CNC Setter Operator and later a Development Lead CNC Setter/Operator. Carl then joined British American Racing as a Machine Shop Supervisor in 1998. In 2001, they returned to Ilmor Engineering Ltd, where they held various positions, including Special Projects Lead Machinist, Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader, and Manufacturing Manager. In 2013, they joined MAHLE as a Production Supervisor and later became a Production Improvement Manager. Carl then worked at EBC BRAKES (Freeman Automotive UK Ltd) as a Disc Production Operations and Maintenance Manager and later as a Disc Production Operations Manager. In 2018, they joined Belman Engineering as a Manufacturing Manager and then worked at Graphite Additive Manufacturing Limited as a Production Manager. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the ATD Production Operations Manager at Encocam Group Limited. Most recently, they joined MDC Precision as an Operations Manager in 2023.

Carl Whitworth completed their education at three different institutions. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Hemsley Fraser and obtained a degree in Leadership & Management, specifically an ILM level 5. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they attended Northampton College of FE where they focused on City & Guilds 205 Mechanical Engineering (Craft), although no degree name was specified. Lastly, from 1981 to 1985, they attended Northampton Trinity Upper. No degree or field of study was specified for this period.
